Brad Underwood has picked up his second backcourt piece for the class of 2022.
On Wednesday afternoon, Rockford native AJ Storr confirmed his commitment to the Fighting Illini via Twitter.
— Aj storr (@storr_aj) April 7, 2021
At 6-foot-6, 180 pounds, Storr is listed as a shooting guard and a three-star recruit according to 247 Sports. He had offers from Ole Miss, Virginia Tech, Austin Peay, UIC and Iona, but has seen his stock soar since transferring to Arizona for his prep career.
Storr possesses a big frame and a knack for getting to the rim and finishing. But he also has the ability to knock down an open jumper.
