The Big Ten Tournament’s bracket is finally set.
Illinois, the No. 2 seed in the 14-team field, will have a double-bye and play its first game at 5:30 p.m. Friday. The Illini will play the winner of Thursday’s game between No. 7 Rutgers and No. 10 Indiana.
Illinois won both of its games against Indiana this year, while lost its only showdown against Rutgers on the road. Friday’s game will air on the Big Ten Network, while Saturday’s and Sunday’s would air on CBS.
The Illini would then play likely either No. 3 Iowa or No. 6 Wisconsin in the semifinals on Saturday before a potential rematch with likely No. 1 Michigan, No. 4 Purdue, or No. 5 Ohio State in the Big Ten Championship next Sunday.
Let’s do it.
