Bret Bielema continues to flesh out his staff.

On Monday afternoon, the program named Andy Buh as the team’s next linebackers coach.

Buh has 23 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level and previously worked with Bielema at Wisconsin in 2012 where they took the Badgers to a Big Ten Championship victory.

Buh spent last season as Arizona’s outside linebackers coach and has also made stops at Rutgers, Maryland, California, Nevada, Kentucky and Stanford in his time.

He played collegiately at Palomar College and Nevada before starting his career as a graduate assistant with the Wolf Pack.

Buh is the 7th assistant named to the Illinois staff, joining the likes of Cory Patterson, Ryan Walters, Tony Petersen, Ben Miller, Bart Miller and Terrance Jamison.
