We know when Big Ten football is starting up.

Now we know when we’re going to see Ayo, Kofi and Co. hit the court again, too.

The College Basketball Oversight Committee changed its start date for the 2020-21 college basketball season on Wednesday afternoon from Nov. 10 to Nov. 25.

Amid the pandemic, Illinois hasn’t announced any additional non-conference games (many are expected to take place in a bubble this season), but the Illini are slated to be in the Emerald Coast Classic, plus we know Braggin’ Rights should still be happening. And the Big Ten is determining a conference bubble.

So, we don’t know much, but we know it’s starting Nov. 25. Get the popcorn ready, Illinois is gunning for a title.
