Lovie Smith loves his Florida. We all know that.
For the second time this week, Illinois picked up a commitment from a Florida kid, this time 3-star athlete Theodore Lockley, who announced his decision on Twitter on Friday morning.

The Dayton Beach native plays his high school ball at Mainland. His decision Friday came down to Illinois and Boston College, and he was recruited by Keynodo Hudson and Miles Smith, per 247.
247 also said the 6-foot, 175-pound Lockley is the 106th-best athlete in the class of 2021.
Local newspapers report that Lockley, who goes by TJ, is a burner who plays a lot of wideout in high school, which will definitely be a position of need when he arrives in Champaign next year. But he could also be used in the defensive backfield, decisions that will likely be made closer to the end of this upcoming season.
