Lovie shaved his beard

It’s a sad, sad day. Lovie Smith has shaved his beard.

That’s according to a selfie posted by Illinois Football’s Twitter account.

It’s been a few years since we saw Lovie without a beard. Early 2018 to be exact.

I kind of forgot what Lovie looks like clean shaven. He looks a lot younger, but, I can’t get behind it anymore.

Lovie’s thing was the beard. Now, what’s his thing?

Ugh. As if enough wasn’t bad.
