The Illini will look to repeat last year’s performance in which they upset the then No. 4 ranked Wisconsin Badgers on a last-second James McCourt field goal.
It will be the only Friday night game, according to a team spokesperson. Illinois will square off against Purdue on Halloween from Memorial Stadium the following week.
