Meanwhile, Ohio State jumped up to No. 4 after its thrashing of Nebraska. Wisconsin checks in at No. 8 after its underwhelming win over Northwestern. No. 11 Penn State throttled Rutgers, 52-0, over the weekend, leading to Chris Ash’s subsequent firing. Iowa has scooted itself up to No. 11, and Michigan and Michigan State take the No. 20 and No. 24 spots, respectively.
