Illinois certainly needed to jump on Nebraska early in its first night game of 2019. Dre Brown set Illinois up with a decent return on the opening kick.
Before anybody could settle into their seats, Reggie was being Reggie.

The Illini senior took the second play from scrimmage to the house for a 66-yard touchdown run. That was Corbin’s third touchdown of the season and it gave Illinois a ton of momentum in their opening drive of Big Ten play.
Corbin ran for over 1,000 yards last year, and after three games this year (he missed a game and a half) Corbin sits at 181 yards for the season.
After one drive against Nebraska, Corbin has 71 yards.
Not a bad start to conference play.
