That time when Illinois seemed to only have three commits seems forever ago.
The Illini added to the 2020 class on the offensive line against Wednesday night with the commitment of offensive lineman Blaise Sparks.

Sparks may be unranked by 247, but at 6-foot-7, 301 pounds, you just take the chance on him to be good. That’s a big boy.
Sparks currently plays at North Fort Myers in Florida and was recruited by offensive line coach Bob McClain. He had offers also from Pittsburgh, Kent State, Temple and others.
He’s joining a growing line that is looking to build some depth with each incoming class. Sparks is the third OL commit in the 2020 class, joining Kevin Tyler and Phifer Griffin.
Watch and enjoy this big man.
