You Bet Your Ass Week 11

At one point Thumpasaurus appeared to have an insurmountable lead in this little competition, but Steve had too much Malört over the course of YBYA and has fallen into a pit of despair. He has been in last place for a few weeks now, but last week, Thump hit a brand new low. He is the first contestant to go to over -$1000 in this game.

That is failure to be proud of. Picking gambling picks can be mostly a 50/50 proposition so to pick as poorly as Thump is an achievement in and of itself, but it can also be blamed on the Big Ten being in full grain alcohol dunk mode the entire season.

Anyways, let’s get to these picks for this week.

Here’s a reminder of the rules before we get to this week’s gambling picks:

• Each participant will bet on every Big Ten game being played that weekend, and they can bet either the point spread or the over/under
• The participant will assign an amount to their bet, which can be either $25, $50 or $100. Each participant is allowed only one $100 bet per week. Everybody starts with a $0 balance, and balances can be negative
• Standings are by money with overall picks record serving as the tiebreaker
