As expected, Illinois football won’t be favored in their upcoming contest against No. 22 North Carolina. VegasInsider.com released their opening Week 2 lines, and the Fighting Illini have been designated as a 7-point underdog, which seems rather fair given the Tar Heels’ opening performance against No. 18 Georgia.
