As you may recall, the entire Fighting Illini roster played in a four-game exhibition tour prior to the 2015-16 season. The Orange and Blue compiled a 3-1 record, with their lone loss resulting from a matchup against the Dutch National Team.
Jordan struggled to find consistent playing time as a true-freshman, so these games will be a great opportunity to get more experience under his belt. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard averaged 3.4 points (32.6 FG%, 34.4 3PT%) in 11.8 minutes per game.
For updates on the trip, make sure to follow Global Sport Academy on Twitter (@GlobalSports_US). We’ll also do our best to pass along anything that’s related to Jordan.
