Three-star defensive end Lashawn Paulino-Bell cuts list to 10 schools, includes Illinois

Notre Dame, Michigan State, and Georgia also made the cut.

Three-star defensive end Lashawn Paulino-Bell recently narrowed his college list to 10 high-major programs, and he included the Illinois Fighting Illini. The 6-foot-4, 235-prospect has also included Michigan State, Notre Dame, Georgia, Mississippi State, California, North Carolina, Kentucky, Indiana, and Colorado.

Paulino-Bell, 6-foot-4, 230 pounds, is a lanky defender that's equally effective when stopping the run and providing pressure on the opposing signal-caller. This 2017 prospect must continue to strengthen up his frame moving forward, but provides intriguing measurables and athletic ability at the defensive end position. Paulino-Bell is one prospect on the edge that really relies on his athleticism and quick first step.
