According to Yahoo Sports, Illinois gaurd Malcolm Hill has been named a Second Team All-Big Ten selection by the Associated Press. Hill averaged an incredible 18.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game this season while shooting 44.2% from the field.

The junior guard/forward also reached double figures in all but two games this year, including four separate 30-point performances (his career-high of 39 points came over the weekend at Penn State).

First Team
- Jarrod Uthoff, Iowa
- Nigel Hayes, Wisconsin
- A.J. Hammons, Purdue
- Yogi Ferrell, Indiana
- Denzel Valentine, Michigan State
Second Team
- Peter Jok, Iowa
- Matt Costello, Michigan State
- Melo Trimble, Maryland
- Malcolm Hill, Illinois
- Bryn Forbes, Michigan State
Again, these aren't the 'official' All-Conference teams; those will be announced later tonight on the Big Ten Network.
