Led by NCAA champion Isaiah Martinez, Illinois is named No. 10 in WIN Magazine's 2015-16 Preseason Tournament Power Index and Individual Rankings.

WIN's individual preseason rankings do not include true freshmen or redshirt freshman.

The Illini program, which brought its entire lineup to nationals last spring, features six wrestlers ranked in the top 20, including three in the top 8: Martinez (No. 1 at 157), Zane Richards (No. 6 at 133) and Zac Brunson (No. 6 at 174).

Caleb Ervin (No. 15 at 149), Jeff Koepke (No. 17 at 184) and Brooks Black (No. 14 at heavyweight) are also ranked.

The Illini have 42 TPI points, just half a point behind No. 9 Missouri. Four other Big Ten schools are ranked in the top 10, including Ohio State (No. 2, 70.5 points), Iowa (No. 3, 62 TPI points), Penn State (No. 4, 60 TPI points) and Michigan (No. 7, 52 TPI points).

Oklahoma State holds the No. 1 ranking with 82 TPI points and six wrestlers in the top 8 of their weight class, including two-time NCAA champion Alex Dieringer. Ohio State, the 2015 NCAA team champions, also feature six wrestlers in the top 8.
