Illinois releases depth chart for Kent State game

All 22 of Illinois' offensive, defensive starters are set, but there's some uncertainty on special teams.

On Monday, the Fighting Illini released their depth chart for the season opener against Kent State and all 22 offensive and defensive starters are set. There isn't anything too surprising here, but senior Chris Boles did, in fact, win the battle at left guard.

The team's only starting positions that aren't set in stone are on special teams. If everything goes according to plan, both Taylor Zalewski and David Reisner will probably get in-game reps; the same can probably said for Zach Hirth and Michael Martin at long snapper.

You can click here to see the full depth chart, but for now here's a look at the two-deep for Friday night's game. You can also click here to view the Kent State depth chart.
