2016 point guard Tony Carr released his top 11 schools on Wednesday. Illinois, Penn State, Maryland, Temple, Indiana, Georgetown, Pitt, Providence, Miami, Memphis and SMU all made the cut.

The 6'3 guard is ranked as the No. 64 overall recruit in 247Sports' composite rankings and No. 53 nationally by Rivals.
