Illinois Basketball offers scholarship to 3 star point guard Lamar Peters

According to Eric Bossi of Rivals.com, Illinois Basketball has extended a scholarship to 2016 point guard Lamar Peters. The New Orleans, LA native (Landry-Walker) is listed at 6'0, 165 lbs. and is rated as the No. 150 overall recruit in 247Sports' composite rankings. Peters also has offers from Mississippi State, Baylor, LSU, Gonzaga, and South Carolina.
