According to Mark Tupper, Illinois guard Rayvonte Rice will be activated for the team's game against the Michigan Wolverines on Thursday night. What's interesting about this report is that Aaron Cosby will supposedly remain suspended.
Source tells me Ray Rice will play for #Illini tonight vs. Michigan but Aaron Cosby will not. That would be interesting. We'll see. #dechr

Rice, who was originally out with a left hand injury that he suffered back in January, has been indefinitely suspended for a violation of team rules. Rice leads the Illini in points (17.2) and rebounds (6.9) per game and is shooting 51.5% from the field on the season (48.3% from three-point range).
These rumors obviously haven't been confirmed by the team yet. We'll make sure to keep you updated on the situation as it develops.
