Fighting Illini Football received some good news on Monday morning. Tim Beckman and the staff have received a verbal commitment from 2016 JUCO Sean Adesanya. Adesanya, a 6'4/230 devensive end from Thatcher, AZ took an official visit to Champaign this past weekend before pulling the trigger on his announcement. He selected the Illini over Pittsburgh and Memphis.

BUT...
This is Illinois Football--nothing can ever be this easy. Adesanya may still take a visit to Pitt this upcoming weekend.
New Illinois commit Sean Adesanya tells me he may still make his originally-scheduled visit to Pitt this weekend, but isn't sure yet.

Perhaps he was under the impression that Craig Kuligowski was going to be his coach? I guess we'll just have to wait and see how firm of a commitment this is.
