Illinois trails the all-time series with Nebraska by a 2-8-1 margin and the Huskers hold a 6-1 lead in games played in Lincoln after beating the Illini 39-19 in 2013. NU also is 4-0-1 in the last five meetings, winning in 1925, 1985, 1986 and 2013, and tying with the Illini in 1953. The teams have faced each other only three times in the last 61 years.
