Illinois football recruiting: Henry Enyenihi commits to Illinois

The Illini pick up a commitment from JUCO prospect Henry Enyenihi.

Illinois head coach Tim Beckman and his coaching staff have picked up a commitment from JUCO running back Henry Enyenihi, from Sacramento City College. The 5'11, 195-pound running back will be a nice addition to go along with the two other running backs Illinois has picked up in the class of 2015 in Dre Brown and Reggie Corbin. Enyenihi's commitment comes just days after the Illini brought in Zach Heath.

Enyenihi selected Illinois over other offers from Sacramento State and Texas-San Antonio and also received interest from multiple schools in the Big 12 and Pac-12. His decision gives coach Beckman 10 commits in the 2015 recruiting class, making it a strong bunch with plenty of time left to sign more recruits. Illinois' class ranks in the top 50 overall according to 247Sports, so it should continue to rise with this most recent commit.

The JUCO prospect tweeted out his commitment, announcing his intentions:
