After dropping a weekend game to Oregon at the United Center, The Illinois Fighting Illini return to Champaign on Wednesday to face the Hampton Pirates. Illinois currently boasts a 34-game homecourt winning streak against non-conference opponents--this is the nation's third longest active streak.
Despite the recent struggles for the Illini, this contest should be a relatively easy win in addition to a nice tune-up prior to the annual Braggin' Rights game on Saturday against the Missouri Tigers.
Game Time: 6:00pm CT
Television: The game will be televised on ESPNU
Live Video Stream: ESPN will have a live stream available via WatchESPN.com
Odds: Illinois opened at -19, but the line has since moved to -22.5 in favor of the Fighting Illini. The over/under sits at 140.0.
Radio: All Illinois Men's Basketball games air live on radio in the Champaign (WDWS 1400) and Chicago markets (WSCR 670). The game is broadcasted on other stations throughout the state; check the Fighting Illini Radio Network for more information.
