Really, we need to remember the heights this program has reached. The 2005 season feels like a distant dream this week, but it was reality. It happened. And Illinois can reach great heights again.
So, take seven minutes of your morning to slow down, sip some good coffee, and watch the Illini win a Final Four game--a game closer than history gives it credit for. Watch your Illini make the National Championship. You can even let yourself have a drifting moment of nostalgia, if you'd like.
