IMPORTANT UPDATE
According to NBC's Ryan Baker, an fellow Illinois alum, Kendall Gill has not been fired, but instead has just been suspended for the rest of the Bulls season. Which isn't really fair, either, but much more preferable to being fired.
Contrary to "various reports" Kendall Gill was NOT fired by CSN but suspended for rest of #Bulls season & playoffs @cbschicago @kendallg13

I will miss Kendall Gill and his awesome analysis! The whole thing just really stinks.

Well that's some bullshit, isn't it?
It appears Kendall Gill has been fired for living the American dream of punching Tim Doyle in the face. Comcast Sportsnet Chicago has not officially made the announcement, but that's the tweet of Gail Fischer above, and she was an anchor at the network until February of this year.
If you are out of a job, you're always welcome here, Kendall. You can punch Primiano all you want.
