The Illini Add Another Commit In OL Peter Cvijanovic

Two commits in two days makes for 14 in the 2014 class.

Bradley Leeb-USA TODAY Sports

The commits are coming in hard and strong, y'all!

Seriously, I don't know where this is coming from, but according to Rivals the Illini got their second commit in as many days on Monday night, and this one has a familiar name.

Offensive lineman Peter Cvijanovic if the fourteenth member of the 2014 recruiting class. He is the brother of current left tackle Simon Cvijanovic. All of which ensures that I'm going to have to remember how to spell Cvijanovic for the next five years, so thanks a lot, Cvijanovic family.

Cvijanovic got his offer from offensive line coach AJ Ricker on Monday as well, which means he didn't need very long to make his decision. He isn't rated by either Rivals or 247Sports, but he's listed as 6'5 and 285 pounds.

Like his brother, he's from Ohio but he's spending the fall semester in a prep school in Massachusetts and will enroll at Illinois for the spring semester.

Here's some video from his senior year of high school.

From what I can see he's going to need work on his technique as he blocks a bit too high for my taste, but he's big and he's mean, and those are two things I tend to like in my offensive lineman.
