Tracy joins Brandon Paul as the two Illini to be named B1G Player of the Week this season.
The Big Ten noticed Tracy Abrams on Saturday. It was somewhat hard not to.
Tracy finished the game with career highs of 27 points and 8 rebounds while also dishing out 5 assists, pilfering 4 steals and only turning the ball over once.
A performance so good that the Big Ten decided "we need to name this dude player of the week, cuz god damn, that was a good game." And that's what the Big Ten has done.
It's the first time Abrams has received the honor, but hopefully it won't be the last.
