Big Ten To Play Hardball With Cable Companies Again

Jim Delany and company pull out a familiar tactic

The Big Ten is threatening to keep Maryland and Rutgers games off the Big Ten Network as a negotiating ploy to get local cable companies in those markets to carry the network on their basic packages. Why? Money of course.

But how much money?
